Rules Enforcement Level (REL) is Competitive. “The Magic: The Gathering Tournament Rules” and “Magic: The Gathering Infraction Procedure Guide” are in effect for this event unless specifically overruled by information in this Format Document. Rules documents can be found in the Magic Document Center. To participate in this event, you must submit a deck lists. After the event, the deck lists of the winners may be made public. Players are responsible for bringing their own method of tracking life totals, card sleeves, and appropriate counters or tokens. 8 players are required. If there are less than 7 players, the event will be canceled. Modified Swiss-style (50 minutes for each round) Winner invite the Champions Cup
