Celebrate the 2026 World Championship with a tournament! Participants will receive a promo card featuring Pikachu and a San Francisco-inspired background. The winner of each age division (Juniors, Seniors, and Masters) will be awarded with a "WINNER" stamped copy of the promo as well as a Worlds themed screen cleaner. Players may build their teams using Pokémon legal in regulation M-B. This tournament will use the Swiss format, meaning losing a game does not eliminate you from the tournament! Each round, players will be paired with players with similar records. After a number of rounds (determined by the total number of attendees), we'll cut the tournament off to the top players, who will then play in a single elimination bracket. Both Swiss rounds and Single elimination rounds will be best of 3. No Championship Points are given out for this event, but all participants will receive a booster pack for participating. Team sheets are required for this tournament! Players will need both the staff team sheet and the opponent team sheet. We will have blank sheets available in-store, and also accept emailed sheets to [email protected] Players will need a Nintendo Switch or Switch 2 console to participate in the tournament.
