Sit down with your mates, crack some packs, holler when you open something crazy, and take the new heroes on the block for a spin. They are perfect for players who are just starting out, with a friendly low-stakes environment, and awesome prizes to be won.</p> <p>During Pre-Release events players are able to use the promo cards from their Pre-Release pack in their games.</p> <p>Note: This set has alternate rules for Sealed. &nbsp;</p> <p>Players open a Prerelease Kit that has everything inside you need.</p> <p>Decks must be exactly 30 cards.
