This event will be played with the 2010 TCG world championship ruleset and legal set list (Diamond & Pearl - HS Unleashed) first turn rules can be found at https://ptcgarchive.com/first-turn-rules-full/ As this is a non-standerd event, all newer legal reprints of older cards are usable but will use the legal text as it was played in 2010, and proxies are allowed as many of these cards can be hard to find and are at times overly expensive.
