Pauper is a format that is only commons and cards that have been printed at common rarity (EX: "Cast Down" has been printed in uncommon and common therefore it's legal). the format is best of 3 with a 60 card deck and 15 card sideboard. Players will receive a promo pack on entry. top8 will get additional promos packs. first place will get a foil promo pack. entrants will get an "Preordain" promo top 8 will get "Death's shadow" foil full art 1st place will get alternate full art foil "city of brass" promo
