The Attack of the Vine Set Championship uses the Core Constructed format, requiring a 60-card deck built only from Set 9 and up. Deck registration sheets are mandatory, and players must play the exact same deck—incorporating new mechanics like dual-ink Team cards—throughout the Swiss rounds and Top 8 cut. The championship structure is broken down into specific operational guidelines and regulations: Format & Legality: All decks must be Core Constructed. The set rotation removes Sets 5–8 entirely, meaning decks must use only Sets 9–13.Registration: A legal, written decklist must be submitted to Tournament Officials before the event begins. Round Structure: The tournament follows a Swiss pairings system, followed by a cut to the Top 4 or Top 8 players who play a Best-of-3 format. Rule Enforcement: Judges strictly enforce time limits.
