In Disney Lorcana, "Constructed" play requires players to build a deck of at least 60 cards in advance from their personal collection, utilizing a maximum of two ink colors and no more than four copies of any card sharing the exact same full name and subtitle. Decks cannot include banned cards or scenario cards (such as those from the Illumineer's Quest: Deep Trouble set). The primary Constructed formats include Core Constructed, which utilizes set rotations to only allow recent sets; Infinity Constructed, an eternal format with no set rotation; and Triple Deck Constructed, a competitive best-of-three format where players bring three unique two-color decks (representing all six inks) and have their opponents "bench" one deck before the match begins. "[Format Coconut]" is a new, thematic multiplayer format currently in beta testing designed for pods of three to four players. Players begin by selecting a virtual "Coconut" leader character from the Lorcana Companion app, which grants a unique intrinsic rule or ability that affects the game. This choice anchors your deck construction: players build a 60-card minimum deck utilizing up to three ink colors, one of which must match the chosen Coconut character. Coconut is a singleton format, meaning decks may only contain one copy of any given card, except for the physical card associated with your chosen Coconut, which can have up to four copies. Gameplay generally follows normal Disney Lorcana multiplayer rules, but the win condition is extended, requiring the first player to reach 25 lore instead of the standard 20.
