Sunday Early Morning Attack of the Vine! Collection Quest

This is a new event type and I personally am all for it! Everyone gets a Quest Card, which will have a number of cards listed on it. Then they must get those cards by opening packs, looking through bulk, and trading with other players. The reward for completing the collection is a new Belle, Always Reading promo.
