Magic Presents: To Boldly Go To the Galactic Trading Post

Players purchase six Magic: The Gathering: Star Trek Play Boosters to start the league and will have the option to purchase additional Play Boosters as they progress through the event. Players build their pool over time by playing matches at different locations like Starfleet Academy, and the four quadrants of the galaxy distributed throughout your store's play space, ranking up through Starfleet as they go. Each quadrant features its own unique rules themed around that region of the galaxy, and a player who ranks all the way up to Captain earns an exclusive Magic Presents: To Boldly Go promo card. Play begins at Starfleet Academy, where players complete three games before graduating and gaining access to the quadrants. Once graduated, players can find matches in any of the four quadrants. Every three matches completed in a quadrant earns a rank pip applied to the player's insignia, marking their promotion up the ranks of Starfleet and giving them a chance to buy a pack to add to their sealed card pool.
