The Hobbit Standard Showdown

Standard Showdown is a weekly Standard format play program where players gather to compete in tournaments using their Standard decks for winner promos. The event is positioned at a strategic sweet spot for in-store play: it's engaging for competitive players while still being welcoming to casual players. Though Standard Showdown doesn't feed into Premier Play events, it can be a training ground for players interested in tackling higher level Magic tournament play, including Regional Championship Qualifiers.
