Coulee Cards & Gaming presents our World's Celebration Tournament. Players compete against each other in a standard Pokémon TCG format. Prizing includes a Pokémon official promo for the overall winner. The tournament will be capped at 40 players, and prizes will vary based on the number of players participating in the tournament. However, packs are guaranteed per entry, and we will have door prizes along with raffles for everyone, even if you are not competing in the tournament. Start Time - Onsite registration begins at 11 AM, but players are welcome to come as early as 10 AM when the store opens to browse Coulee's inventory, socialize, trade, and/or check out rental decks. The tournament will begin at 12 pm, Noon, August 23rd. Entry fee - $25 (Masters) & $15 (Juniors & Seniors) Decklists are required - can use RK9 to submit a PDF or screenshot of your decklist ahead of time with your registration. RK9 is an online tool that takes the hard work out of creating your decklist. Otherwise Play! Pokémon paper decklists will be provided on site. Rental Decks - on the day of the event there will be 9 decks that can be used for the event. These are absolutely free for people to use and include the following Pokémon piloting them: Dragapult, Alakazam, Raging Bolt, Greninja, Mega Lucario, Cynthia's Garchomp, Eevee Box, Mega Greninja, and Ceruledge. These decks have decklists that are already submitted, so there is no extra work on your hands. Simply pay for your entry and let the staff know you want to check out a rental deck. Please note that these are on a first come first serve basis. If there is a certain one you wish to use, you will want to arrive early, as there is only one copy of each of them. Scholarship Program - We do offer scholarships for kids (ages 6-18) looking to compete. If you are interested or have questions, please contact James at [email protected].
